Every morning a brown ribbon of ?water? is all along the beach.....and continues out for about 300yards....and then it washes up on the beach...no one goes into the water here to swim...unless they are unaware .It is not just the hotels here responsible....the whole city must be contributing, as there are no large hotels around us, I am in a residential district.......and the smog is also a problem.....he city is growing tooo fast! I and others where told that no construction is occuring on-site at Molino de Agua, this is a lie. They want to rent for big bucks but neglect to tell renters that bulldozers and trucks are waking you up at 7:30 AM. I asked before renting if there was any construction, I was told no. They should be ashamed. We are posting here and elsewhere because CB La Costa refuses to respond. Help! Many people being deceived by Coldwell Banker La Costa!
